Investment Residency Program

 

Summary:

To obtain permanent residence visa in Cyprus (part of European Union), an investor must invest in qualifying residential properties that are for sale.

 Requirements and Process:    

  • The applicant must be minimum age 25 years (no maximum age).
  • The processing time is approximately 4 months.
  • The applicant must transfer €35,000 – service and processing costs along with the application.
  • The applicant must purchase a personal residence in Cyprus for minimum €300,000. The title deed of this property will be issued under the applicant’s name.
  • No selection interview is required. However, the applicant needs to travel to Cyprus for an exploratory visit to open a bank account, identify and purchase a property, etc.
  • The applicant must have a secured international income without working in Cyprus. The annual international income should be at least €9,568 for a single person, plus €4,613 for each dependent.
  • For dependent children over 18 – extra fees of €15,000 / child.
  • There is no tax in Cyprus on worldwide income.
  • There is no strict language, net worth, education, management experience, or source of funds requirements.
